Mental Health
According to the American Psychological Association (APA), 7% of therapists in the United States identify as Hispanic or Latino. However, only 5.5% of therapists can provide services in Spanish. Our mental health consultant, Clara Magallanes, LPC, provides therapy sessions in English, Spanish, or both, allowing clients to choose the language they prefer, helping them feel comfortable communicating in the language in which they can express themselves best.

Taking care of your mental health is as important as taking care of your body
Taking care of your mental health is not a sign of weakness, it is a sign of courage and self-love. It's accepting that you want to feel better, be better, live better, and you are willing to take control of your life and do something about it.You don't have to struggle alone or continue trying the same strategies over and over.
We can work together as you learn new skills and find your real strength and confidence within. My purpose is to help you in the process, and it is my privilege to be a part of your journey towards healing and well-being.
