At Clarity Center, we know how hard it can be to reach out for help. Life gets overwhelming, and sometimes it feels like the weight of everything is just too much to carry alone. That’s why we’re here—to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can take a breath, feel understood, and start finding your way forward.

We offer professional, confidential mental health counseling both in-person and online for individuals, couples, and families across Texas. Whether you’re navigating a tough chapter in your life, dealing with anxiety, depression, going through grief and loss, or trying to make sense of traumatic experiences or PTSD, you don’t have to do it alone.

Are you navigating the unique challenges of demanding professions like healthcare and first response, mental health professionals, educators, or an entrepreneur, you don’t have to face it alone. If you’re feeling stuck or signs of exhaustion and burnout at work, coping with the unique stressors of work, or balancing work and life we’re here to help.

Sometimes we find ourselves struggling with being confident, maintaining our self-esteem, dealing with social anxiety, fear, or imposter syndrome. All of this can feel isolating and overwhelming, as if you're constantly second-guessing yourself or holding back from opportunities and connections that matter. When fear, change, or challenges in relationships enter the picture, these struggles can feel even heavier, creating a cycle of self-doubt that makes it difficult to see your strengths or trust your abilities. At Clarity Center, we provide a safe, compassionate space where you can unpack these feelings, understand their roots, and begin to rebuild a sense of confidence and self-worth. Together, we’ll develop tools to overcome fear, embrace change, and strengthen your relationships, empowering you to move forward with clarity, courage, and confidence.

You might also be dealing with life’s deeper complexities—parenting struggles, recent immigrant, a member of a minority group, challenges with body image or eating disorders, personal identity acceptance, the pressure of social media, digital overload, or the lasting pain of spiritual or religious trauma. Whatever is on your plate, you deserve a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions, and begin to heal.

Our compassionate and accepting approach combines a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, thoughtfully tailored to suit your individual needs and goals. These include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Reality Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS or Parts Work). We also incorporate creative and expressive modalities such as Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, art, sound, and sand therapies. Every aspect of our work is grounded in respect for your unique journey and experiences, ensuring that you feel genuinely cared for, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

Healing can feel like an uphill climb, but it’s a climb you don’t have to face alone. Together, we’ll work on building practical tools, uncovering your strengths, and rediscovering the clarity and hope that are already within you. Your best life is waiting for you, and we’re here to help you get there.

Reaching out is a brave first step, and it’s one that brings you closer to a life of fulfillment and possibility. Let us walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth, as you expand your toolbox of skills and strategies to embrace your best self. Your story matters, you matter, and a brighter future is possible. Contact us today to begin your journey—you’re not alone, and there is hope.

Children & Adolescents
Working with children and teens is very special. It takes a skilled therapist to be able to not only have the knowledge to work with youth and understand them, but also to help them feel safe and comfortable in the environment.
When working with children and adolescents, my approach is friendly and humorous. I am open, authentic, understanding, creative, relaxed, and playful, allowing the child to feel accepted, welcomed, and safe.
Family and Group Therapy
Clarity Center offers group counseling in a private and safe atmosphere, where group members support and learn from each other. In group therapy, clients benefit from an interpersonal experience, and the experience of participating in a group with others who share similar presenting concerns can be therapeutic, as it can be one of the most helpful forms of counseling. Groups are led by licensed therapist, and members are encouraged to attend regularly and participate in order to achieve the best results.
Please note confidentiality is emphasized in each group and members are encouraged to abide by confidentiality guidelines. Groups offered include:
Grief Support Group
Parenting Group
Self-Confidence Group
Anxiety Group
Laughter Yoga

* Groups may be created by request and depending on number of participants.

Taking care of your mental health is as important as taking care of your body
Taking care of your mental health is not a sign of weakness, it is a sign of courage and self-love. It's accepting that you want to feel better, be better, live better, and you are willing to take control of your life and do something about it.You don't have to struggle alone or continue trying the same strategies over and over.
We can work together as you learn new skills and find your real strength and confidence within. My purpose is to help you in the process, and it is my privilege to be a part of your journey towards healing and well-being.
